Eating Healthy - A Photostory

Hi everyone!!
Long time no see. A little while ago I got an idea for a photostory, then yesterday- I ACTUALLY TOOK THE PICTURES FOR IT!
Yay motivation!!
So, let's get started! :D

Emerson sat at the table, a thoughtful look on her face. She wrote down a list of accomplishments she was determined to accomplish then stared at the last one.
Get fit.
Em jumped up from her chair.
"I am GOING to get fit! And start now!" she cried. She grinned, feeling good about her lack of procrastination.

"Emmy!" Saige burst into the room, wrapped in a temptingly soft blanket. "I just took the best nap of my life. You need to try this blanket. It. Is. Heaven."
Emerson eyed the blanket. "No. I-I..."

She plopped to the ground. "I am going to work out instead!"
Saige stared blankly.

Emerson's abs burned as she attempted to pull herself up.
"UGGH!!!!"'

"Um, um..." She panted for breath. "I think I'll actually just, um, stretch. Yeah."

Reaching for her feet, Emerson felt something in her back pull. She grimaced and stood up.

"You know, I think I'll just eat well today," she said, looking at Saige.
Saige blinked. "Um...okayyyy." She slowly backed away, blanket dragging behind her.

As the day progressed, Emerson's stomach growled. She scoured the kitchen for something healthy. She found a carrot.
Grimacing, she bit the carrot.

Her taste buds rejected it, and her face bunched up.
"ACK!" Everything inside her fought to not spit it out, and she finally managed to swallow it.

The taste still stuck in her mouth, Emerson scowled at the carrot, but not before Cecile bounced up to her. With a grin as large as it could be, Cecile shouted, "Jess just brought home DONUTS!!! And there are donut holes, your favorite, Em!!!"
Emerson stared. "I AM TRYING TO EAT HEALTHY! I CAN'T HAVE DONUTS!"

"Oh..." Cecile whispered, eyes wide. She laughed nervously. "Never mind then..." She turned on her heel and ran out.
Grumbling, Emerson chewed on her carrot.

Four more excruciating hours passed, and Emerson felt like she was nearly ready to explode. Her mind only repeated the phrase, I need sugar. I need sugar.
Molly walked in on Emerson's desperate state, hiding something behind her back.

Emerson propped herself up, and Molly began to speak.
"You wanna see something, Em?"
"Sure," she replied. At least this would be something to do and keep her mind off of the lack of sugar in her system.

Molly brought out a tub of sugar from behind her back. Emerson's mouth watered.
"WATCH ME GUZZLE THIS!!"

"Um-" Emerson began, but was cut off when Molly unscrewed the cap on the sugar container. She brought it to her lips. Emerson watched as she swallowed nearly half the tub of sugar.

Molly dropped the container.
"Are you okay?" Emerson asked. Molly's eye twitched.
"I HEAR COLORS!!!!" She yelled.

A moment later, Molly's face twisted in pain, and she doubled over. "I'm gonna throw up."
She raced out of the room, face green.
"Wow," Emerson said.

Once the Molly issue died down, Emerson went back to being desperate and sad. Then finally, finally, a salad later, the day was over and she had successfully eaten well. Her mind spun with the fact that she still had a long way to go.

Eden walked into the room, a smile on her face.
"Congratulations on eating healthy all day, Em!" she said.
"Thanks!" Emerson replied.

Eden brought something out from behind her.
"To celebrate, I made home-made ice cream!"

Emerson fell to the ground.
"AAAAGHHHHH!!!!"

Thank you for reading! I hope you liked the post! I have been in similar situations like Emerson when I am trying to eat healthy and it is soooo hard. Thankfully, I don't have a ton of sisters being all crazy. ;D

Birdwatching - A Photostory

Hi everyone!
Yesterday, I took these pictures for this photostory. I hope you enjoy!:D
"Thank you everyone for joining me on my pursuit for adventure!" Isabelle began.
It was a chilly morning and as soon as Isabelle's feet had hit the ground, she knew she wanted to go out and do something exciting.
"Birdwatching is your idea of adventure?" Elizabeth asked with her usual haughty tone.
"You never know what can spark an adventure. Have you ever read a book? Their adventures can start with pretty crazy things."
"That's fine, but why did you make us wear these historical outfits?" Cecile asked, gesturing to the pink fluffy dress she was wearing.
"I thought that it would help it seem more fun!" Isabelle exclaimed and smiled. "Okay, let's go birdwatching!"
Silently, the three girls looked around at the trees, searching for a bird.
"Are there birds even here anymore? Don't they fly south for the winter?" Cecile asked.
"There are still birds but keep your voice down. You could scare them away," Isabelle replied and gazed into a tree.
"Has anyone else noticed all of these huge spider webs?" Elizabeth asked, her eyes wide and darting.
"Liz, I said quiet!" Isabelle snapped, her voice lowered.
The trio continued waiting for any birds to show up and, after an hour, Cecile began to fidget. She was used to real adventures or active activities, but all of this waiting for nothing was making her restless. And Isabelle's soft murmurs of- 'Is that a bird?' 'I think I see something!' and 'Maybe that's a bird?' didn't help.
But she continued to look, hopeful that if they found a bird, they could go play a game.
"Ooh, maybe that's a bird!" Isabelle whispered. Again. She raised her binoculars to check a tree branch, when Cecile cut in.
"Come on, Izzy. There aren't any birds out today. How about we go play tag or hide-and-go-seek. That's still fun and outdoorsy!" Cecile said and lowered Isabelle's binoculars.
"Wait! Is that a bird?" Isabelle pointed into the bush and Cecile sighed as she glimpsed a scaly tail fly across the dirt.
"IT'S NOT A BIRD! IT'S A LIZARD!" Elizabeth shouted.
"I SAID SHUSH!" Isabelle barked, then lowered her voice as she realized she had broken her own rule. "Come on guys, what books have you read where they go play tag and an adventure occurs?"
"Can we please just do something interesting," Elizabeth murmured and turned away from Isabelle.
"Just a few more minutes, Cece, Elizabeth, please," Isabelle bit her lip as Cecile sighed again. A slight buzzing hissed through the air and Isabelle swatted a fly away.
"I guess we could watch for a few more minutes, then we can play-" Cecile's compromise was cut short by Elizabeth's flailing and screaming as she batted away the fly and kept shouting- "BEE!!! BEE!!!"
Elizabeth jumped off the ledge and darted across the lawn, hands waving as she kept going on her rampage.
Cecile grinned and tapped Isabelle's shoulder. "Okay, never mind! Tag you're it!" Cecile raced away until Isabelle couldn't see her.
"But guys! The birds..." Isabelle muttered something underneath her breath as she glowered at her sisters.
"I think I have had enough 'adventure time' for the rest of the year. I'm going inside."

Decorating The Tree

Hey everyone! Sorry I didn't post yesterday! I had nothing to post.;)
"Hey, Saige!" Cecile said.
"Hey! Why are you dressed up in all that clothing?" Saige asked.
"It was really cold, and so...yeah," Cecile muttered.
Cecile started shedding off her layers of clothing.
"What are you doing?" Cecile wondered.
"I'm decorating the tree! I just put it up!" Saige replied as she fluffed up the branches.
"Ooh! Cool!! Where are the ornaments?" Cecile questioned.
"Right here!" Saige poured out the ornaments.

Cecile and Saige got to decorating the tree quickly!
Cecile loved the star ornaments!
Saige added a few stars to the tree.
"Now all we need is the tree topper! It's tradition that the newest girl gets to put on the topper! Where's Isabelle?" Saige said and looked around.
Isabelle walked in just then.
"Hey girls!" Isabelle greeted.
"You get to put on the topper, Issy!" Saige cried and gave the topper to her.
Isabelle blushed and stood on a stool to place the star.
Merry Christmas!
