Searching For a Blog Button Photo.... - A Photoshoot of Hailey

Hey everyone!
I took these pictures of Hailey with the mindset of trying to take a picture for my blog button, and these are the options I liked enough to show you all for possible photo options.:)

(If I used this one, I would crop it to be square shaped.;D)

I think that this one is my top favorite in this batch.:) What do you think?

Lea Clark's Meet Outfit Review

'Ello everyone! Top of the evening to ya.;P
Here is the review I mentioned earlier!:)
Emerson is being my model for the review and I just happen to think the dress looks amazing on her! I think her coloring is just awesome for the dress and it's so colorful!:D
Let's start this review shall we?
The dress consists of a very bold, colorful, tribal print dress with yellow braided rope detailing. The fabric is somewhat stretchy.:)
The dress is a mix of a ton of colors, magenta, blue, yellow, green, and so many more! I think the pattern might be a little too crazy for some people's taste, but I happen to love it!:D
The trim of the shirt of the dress is the same yellow color as the braids.:)
As I said, there is some braided rope details, such as the straps are braids, which I think is a very cute touch.:)
As well as the straps, the belt is a double braid. It is not sewn in at the front and you can move it to have a part in the middle, or no part in the middle. Unfortunately, it does not wrap around to the back and is only on the front.
The accessories that come with the outfit and doll are too cute! Her compass necklace is so adorable and the arrow actually spins.:) The back of the compass is a light green with a reddish, hot pink flower in the middle that is circled with little lines and N, W, E, and S. The covering over the compass is clear plastic and the casing is a goldish brown plastic of some kind. The necklace is strung on a black cord. More on how the cord is later.:)
The messenger bag is ADORABLE. It's one of my favorite AG things! It seems to be made out of a light brown canvas and has pink and yellow-green tribal print strips that velcro the bag shut. You can open it and it's so cute! It also has a hot pink flower in between the closings that is circled by turquoise dots and a lime green brushstroke decal. The bag is easy enough to get over your doll's head and looks adorable for any outfit!
The dress is super cute and looks great on pretty much any doll! It will make an awesome summer dress for beach days. I could also see it being a swim suit cover!:)
Emerson loves it!:)
Now onto the shoes!
I have to say, although they are super cute, they are a PAIN to get on. With the hot pink and yellow rope loops that you have to get your doll's feet through, it's like some sort of maze!;D But once they are on, they look super cute! I think these shoes might look great with the Easy Breezy outfit from American Girl, I would have to try it out!:)
The style of the sandal, with the two pieces of shoe tied together with a rope, is a little odd for some people and may not be their style, but I think it's very cute. The actual sandal is a lighter, but bright blue with tiny green and yellow checkerboards in a checker pattern. Huh! I never realized that they were checkerboards until now, I thought they were just yellow X's.;)

Now back to the bag and the necklace. I realized I never showed you the strap of the bag. All the way down are these yellow V's . I think it was an unneeded detail, but it doesn't look bad.:)
Now, concerning the way to adjust the necklace....This might be harder than putting the shoes on.XD You have to pull the two knots to get it to tighten or loosen. The knots are super hard to pull. I wish they had done something different. I don't know what, but not this.XD
But other than some of the outfits problems such as the shoes and the necklace, I love this outfit!:) I rate it a 4.5 out of 5 stars!:D

New Ever After Highs - Who I Got

Hey everyone!
I got to take pictures of the new EAH dolls I received for Christmas. The lighting was ideal and I had one of the best times I have had taking pictures.:) You know that feeling when you just love how your photos are looking from the camera lens and you're enjoying it so much, then you see the pictures and they are just as good as you saw them in your head? That's how today was for me.;)
Okay, so I'll start off the photoshoot!:)
Going from left to right, I got-
Darling Charming, Madi Hatter, and Lizzie Hearts!:) They are all so cute and I am so glad I got them, Darling and Lizzie have been on my wish list for a while and Madi was a random present I wasn't expecting, which is always fun!:D
I got Darling from my best friend, Jaclynn, Lizzie from my grandparents, and Madi from my brother.:)
I think they make a perfect trio, all different but somehow they go, as if they were meant to be best friends.:)
I'll start the separate photoshoots with Lizzie, the daughter of the Red Queen. I was beyond excited when I got her because I have been wanting her for probably over a year.:) Her hair is amazing, but when she came out of the box it was icky and I had to curl it by hand. Although it started off badly, it's looking great now!:D I am thinking of doing that boiling hair treatment for her gelled hair on the top of her head, since that will probably be mess whenever/if ever I take it out.;P

She's got the prettiest outfit! I love the peplum sides to her dress and the mix of patterns.:)

I love this picture.:)
Next up, we have Madi Hatter! I can't look at Madi and not think of her having a goof ball personality, so she's going to be goofy, crazy, silly, and not only that, but a HUGE Star Wars fan.
Oh! That reminds me, I need to make a photostory about Faye....;)
This picture turned out dark because today was mildly overcast, but for some reason I like dark pictures, they look mysterious.;D
Madi's outfit is so cute! I love the little polka dots on her dress and the apron--
Oh, and I am just realizing that her skirt looks like there is chocolate dripping over it!
The one thing I don't like about Madi, is that her dress has to be the shortest dress I have in my doll collection!XD It's insanely short, but I don't think I got a picture of just how small it is.;)

Oh, wait! You can see in this picture how short it is, but even here she is sitting and the dress looks way longer than it really is.;P
Now we have the last EAH! Darling Charming, daughter of Prince Charming and sister of Daring and Dexter Charming! She is so pretty and I love her face shape! It's longer than most of the others, more of an oval, which I think makes her look older.:D And can I say how much I LOVE HER OUTFIT!?
With the armor and metallic details and the princess style dress, it's just an amazing combination! I have to say I want one in my size.XD Although the skirt's fabric is not at all stretchy, so it's a bit hard to make her sit down, but not impossible.:)
She also has a beauty mark, which really adds to her character and look.:)

Now, for some more group photos!:)
Here we have my two Wonderlandians.;D
Then some "everyone" shots.:)

I really like the angle on this one, I think it's different from what I usually do.:)
***
I hope you enjoyed the pictures.:D I had so much fun taking pictures, which might have been the reason for the super long post.;)
The lighting in my house hasn't been great for taking pictures for TAUT yet, so I am waiting for it to get somewhat brighter in my room before I start shooting. Also, I have yet to have a lot of time to take pictures and get my dolls all ready for the series.;)
But I will be back soon with a review on Lea Clark's meet outfit, so be prepared for that. It'll probably be within the next few days.:)
